Meanwhile; many proposals came on my way, Even my divorce is not final and i`m not even interested in second marriage.

My friends adviced me, not all marriages are failing..

Not all girls are BAD;

Not all Mother in Laws involve, in thier daugther family and misguide her

There are good girls and Good In laws out there….Bla bla..

Even they were ready to help me finding so called good girls, and some bought me some spicy proposals.

I never said all girls are bad or all women are bad, if you gone through my old posts, i even said my eX is good. I Never asked, questioned or suspected her, but she her self proved.

so continue with this marriage proposal…

with all the proposals friends gave; i wanted to talk to them directly;

I told them, i`m very strigt forward man; i have many questions before i proceed.

They all agreed to answer all my questions.

so to begin with, i sent them one question before sending my long list of question paper.

I never suspected anyone, nor i did not asked them;

that they slept with anyone else, but i asked.

NO MAN WILL CLAIM THAT THEY SLEPT WITH YOU

none returned my question, nor approched me afterwards.

Here again, these so called good girls proved themself…..!

There was POLL on some site; why Indian women file dowry case (498A) mostly false.
I asked myself; why she filed 498a on me ?

At time of marriage they did not gave anything nor I demanded any money from them; nor afterwards.

I do not remember her father or any relative gave me One (1) Rupee any time nor I asked. Even her Father was coming from native place, and bringing some vegetables and coconuts but he was giving all to his elder daughter only, as he was staying in her house. I clearly told them I do not want anything. Oh yea I remember now her father gave me one T-shirt, worth may be 100 Rupees, when we went to stay in her house after marriage.

We hardly stayed in our parental house, at the maximum 7 days after marriage only; and when we went to celebrate our son 2nd birthday, thats it. My parents never came together to stay with us in Bombay. So there was no in laws harassment too.

So;
Then why, she filed false dowry case (498a)?
False because she proved it false, her self by not attending her case for last 8 years.
I was not alcoholic as she claims in custody petition and church appeal; when church asked her to swear on bible she refused it, so she again proved herself wrong.
She also claimed I was beating her, but what for, there should be some reason; and her relatives told her class mate, she almost lost her eye sight because of beating; if my beating was that much then some neighbor should have seen her black eye or there is some treatment they have done to restore her eye sight. Even today anyone goes to my neighbor they will tell, someone was visiting her in my absence but not they seen her with black eye.

Lastly, when they came to church father for discussion after this case, when I told about her Affair, they walked away. Why ?
Because that was the truth behind all this..

So, answer to that site POLL is, when husband find wives infidelity, or caught her red handed, Indian women file dowry case. AMEN
