This one is the Great Indian Trick, and superb co-ordination between judges and Lawyers. By default all Indian Judges trained and directed as, no matter what happens Father should not get Child Custody, Even Mother is a Prostitute or having criminal records, she will get Child Custody.

Indian Law Books says Father is a Natural Guardian, and that words are only for books not to practice. Funny thing is, Even Mother desert child with her old uneducated alcoholic parents/Family and go abroad, and Father ask for Custody, he will not get, as per Indian Laws, till 5 years of age, Father has no right to ask custody of the Child.

Here i also refer Father as I/me/my and Mother as she/her.

She Stopped breast feed when my son was just 3 month old, coz she cared more about her beauty than Child.
She took the Child Away from Father and kept child with her parents, When Father reported it to Police, they will not take any action, If Father takes the Child, as per Indian Judiciary that’s KIDNAPPING.
Indian Feminists Controlled Judiciary will not allow Father to ask for Child Custody till child is 5 years old, mean while he will grow up, his/her ears filled with hatred towards Father.
Her Family will train the Child, if Father comes to meet, not show willingness or tell him/her not interested to meet Father, Even Threaten Child if he/she talks to Father.
If Father Gives Chocolate or anything, Her Family will threaten/train not to take or Beat the Child if he/she take Chocolate/sweets from Father.

And After 5 years if Father file for Custody, Judges unwillingly admit the case file and they know what will be the verdict after dragging, harassing Father for another 5 years or so.

When i asked Custody when my son was 5 year old in 2003,judge was simply giving date after date, even she hardly appear in court, If my lawyer is not appear for a single date Judge will threaten to drop the case file.

Sometimes deliberately call me to settle the case and when i reach from Abroad her lawyer will be absent or send his junior lawyer when her lawyer sitting in another court room hiding, to tell judge, her Lawyer is in another court for important judgment and ask for another date after month coz they know i cannot stay that long when i come on Leave from Abroad.

Other than this when i asked Visitation, judge will not give any visitation but tell why I want visitation order, i can straight away go to her house and meet my son, and knowingly I will not go there. It’s another tactic to avoid Visitation.

So my visitation/Custody case was dragged for another 5 years and dismissed without any relief in 2007.

Because no relief was given and when i approached High court, Judge ask only one question for how many years Father was with Child. Why Father did not met Child for many years. Even they know Lower court did not give any relief or even Visitation Order. And they know very well Father cannot go and meet the child.

Lower Court STOP Father from meeting by not giving any order or visitation for many years. And high Court ask Why i did not met child for long, and there will no Bond between Father and Child or Even Child do not know who, his Father is.

Same in Judges own words “We are also of the view that the appellant who has not seen the Child for over a period of time cannot be given custody, more so having regard to the attachment is any is over, hence, we decline to………”

This is what happend to my Child Custody case.
Coz i did all this legally and there is no value for those who do right thing according to Law.
