Women take child with her when she leave her husband home, when child is just 2 year old and Leave the child with her parents go to middle east.
In Middle east only Father can sponsor unmarried daughter and husband can sponsor his wife other than that only Firms can hire Women Managers/Technicians/Doctors/Nurses/Engineers and she did`t comes under any of these categories.
by the way Hotel and Arabs can sponsor Prostitutes and Women for other illegal Activities too.
Anyway how she went to middle east is not a mystery, coz we seen her with other man in church and public places, and its not difficult to get fake marriage Certificate in India, or stay Live-in Dubai, as its Second Sin city of the World next to Las vegas.
All this, if i tell to judge, they will not listen; Even its True.
Anyway i am fighting for Child visitation for last 10(12) years and so far i am not successful to meet my son.
Family court judges know how to legally deny visitation by delaying and drop the case without any relief.
and when i went to High court, it took 3 years to give visitation verdict, that also Father has to deposit his Passport to meet his Son.
Still i deposited passport and went to meet my son by her Parents denied to allow me to meet him.
Even my son is not with me, i have a Insurence Policy for him, Since he born.
In Lower court i told judge that i wanted to share his expensus but none listened to me, coz all they know if i am allowed to pay i will fight for his visitation and her Family wanted me to stop at any cost, so they did not asked any money from me, but they were boasting she is raising him her own.
She asked money or not, as a Father i have responsibilty, even he is not with me, so i took another TATA AIG Policy to pay his school charges and he get that amount till he is 99 year old.
Again High Court took 2 years to review my petition and Chief Justice asked to keep Fixed deposit 10 Lakhs to meet my son.
Still question is when i am not allowed to enjoy his company or childhood and play / talk with him, SHOULD I PAY or court has right to ask me money ?
Can anyone tell me, is this Ransom money or Legal extortion ?
