Who am i…?
I asked myself….
Frist of all, I`m an Indian citizen;
A man;
This much is enough to be a Victim of Dowry Law (IPC 498A)?
No need to be Indian citizen, you can be anyone, who marry Modern Indian Women,
can be a Victim;
Can be Jailed for No reason;
Without Bail; and this Complaint is NonCompoundable.
No need to be married to a Indian girl;
Even If you are a Brother;
A Friend;
Even a Neighbour;
This law will arrest you and dump you behind bars.

1.i want to ask u one thing did she had passport erlier before ur marriage.

Hello buddy, I can understand ur feelings. I am also sailing in the same boat as you do.Though i dont what exactly went wrong between you and your spouse all i can tell about mine is if any one wants to learn the art of backstabbing people who care for you and love you a lot then she is the right person for that. I don’t think Indian men deserve a woman. They simply have no respect for their emotions, space or time. If a woman doesn’t love you anymore and wants to leave you, you can never digest that. Basically your egos are so hurt and you keep clinging on to them.

This Nalin Dave i am a 65 years my sister in law’s son and wife dispute and her wife F.I.R 498A aginst me that i was in U.S.A. i don’t konw i have a evidance arival and departure My Passport right now no charge frame can i aply for ipc 239 ? for discharge ?
can she apeal ?
