I asked myself….
Frist of all, I`m an Indian citizen;
A man;
This much is enough to be a Victim of Dowry Law (IPC 498A)?
No need to be Indian citizen, you can be anyone, who marry Modern Indian Women,
can be a Victim;
Can be Jailed for No reason;
Without Bail; and this Complaint is NonCompoundable.
No need to be married to a Indian girl;
Even If you are a Brother;
A Friend;
Even a Neighbour;
This law will arrest you and dump you behind bars.
Oh…..!

hi friend , i am in consent to u in ur feelings, iam also beliving that this is (498a) is a curse to a men in india as it give no options to say or prove truth,
1.i want to ask u one thing did she had passport erlier before ur marriage.
2. did she want to go abroad and have ambition during and after marriage when terms were ok
3. how much she studied.

Hello buddy, I can understand ur feelings. I am also sailing in the same boat as you do.Though i dont what exactly went wrong between you and your spouse all i can tell about mine is if any one wants to learn the art of backstabbing people who care for you and love you a lot then she is the right person for that. She will teach it with elan and pride. She is a master in that. But she forgets that there is someone up above seeing all this. Well he will take care of her. Thats all i can say.
