      Hi,

      My wife file DV case against male member of my family in July 2010. The case is still going on. Now she want to add my mother and sister name also. They are saying that they have their name earlier also. But as DV can not be file against women court has removed their name. But after the Supreme court decision of SANDHYA MANOJ WANKHADE Vs Manoj. Dv can be filled against women also. Can you please suggest me how I can fight with this now.

      Hi,

      Can some one please provide me the following decision

      2007(2) ALT (Crl.) 504(A.P) delivered by the Hon’ble High Court of

      Andhra Pradesh where in it was held “as there is no claim made against

      the other respondents, continuing process against them is a clear

      abuse of law”.

      just because one judgment is changed that not mean that all will follow, if she add counter with SC judgmnet where it says women is not respondent. let them decide who is right or wrong
