      I am facing false trial u/s498a. It is at evidence stage. I learn that wife is thinking of going abroad and settle there with the sole revengeful motive of making the trial linger on for years togather.If so happens, what remedy remains with me to come out of trial.Can I legally make some application to call back her or otherwise create some tension upon her so that she may not leave the country. Further her going abroad may be beneficial to me in the manner that her lies would not be supported.

      in reality 498A is not you against her but you against The state., even she has not come, you have to appear for the dates and fight.

      anyway, if she is not coming continuously then you can approch HC to quash 498A by telling she filled it just to Harass you.

      now false 498a is valid reason for Divorce, so 498A is not a curse but blessing.
