      Hi all

a lady in my locality in New Delhi owes me about 4 Lacs.

      1. She has taken money from me on one pretext or the other citing urgent domestic needs

      2. I run committees , which she has been part of since years.

Now she has refused to give back the money. She has filed a complaint in a police station against me and my family stating that I beat her up, which she could not prove in the police station. No FIR has been filed against me in this regard.

I donot have any proof of my money being given to her except that:

I have her voice recording in memory card of my mobile wherein she states that she will not give back any money.

I have her previous voice recording of her conference call with some one using speaker phone wherein she states that she is not denying to give back money and that she will pay back when she has the money.

I have her message in my inbox wherein she has said that she will give back money even if she has to sell herself to anyone.

Are these points of any help to me?

      Kindly advice. Its very urgent.

You have to issue her legal notice & thereafter suit for recovery of amount, then only at the time of evidence your evidence will be taken on record. http://www.jaihindlegal.com 9821387099, 9224799546
