      A few days back, there was a news in papers that Justice R.S. Malik of P.&H. HC,has observed in his judgement on DV, that” wives today are implicating their husbands and their relatives in fake dowry related laws falsly and this is a matter of concern.”

      I request the members to post full judgement,if available,here.
