      Dear Friends! Can any one tell me if it is possible that a Judge pass her order in Section 127 from date of filling. In my case the Judge ordered this as she felt that the opposite party (i.e., me) delayed and lenghtened the time by taking dates. In fact, may be I missed 2 or 3 dates. But most of the dates were missed either due to court closure, petitioner’s lawyer’s absence or Judge’s absence. The case ran from Feb 2013 to Jan 2016. Shall I approach apex court? Please guide me.       Check court record book for the detailed status of all dates;

      there should be remarks of every date and do accordingly.
