Ingredients
Ripe mango – 2 nos(chopped)
Banana(ripe) – 1 no
Pineapple(medium) – 1 no
Chilled milk – 2 cups
Vanilla icecream – 4 scoops
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Whipped cream(optional)
Sugar – As reqd
Directions
1)Blend together pieces of mangoes, pineapple and banana and sugar and pulse in a mixer jar or juicer for 1 min.
2)Add half of milk and pulse for 2 mins.
3)Add the remaining milk and vanilla essence and pulse till smooth.
4)Pour in tall glasses and put a scoop of ice-cream in each glass and top with whipped cream.
:- Substitute with any seasonal fruit but keep in mind to keep the balance of sweetness and sourness.
:- Always use atleast one sweet fruit with two sour fruits. Too much sourness may ruin the shake with its acidity.
