Ingredients :
Para boiled Rice 2cups
Boiled rice 1 Cup
Spinach 100 gm
Drumstick greens(Murunga leaves) – 100 gm cup
Coriander leaves
Green chillies – 3
Garlic – 2 pods
Salt – for taste
Method:
Soak rice overnight,Grind Spinach,drumstick leaves,Coriander leaves, green chillies and garlic together finely. add a little salt to it. Now makes dosas as usual with this. Green dosa is ready to eat.
It taste Great with coconut chutney.
You can sprinkle finely chopped onion / carot / capsicum why make dosa so you can eat just like that.
