Ingredients
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup yogurt (curd)
Salt,
oil
Directions
Seasoning- 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, few curry leaves, 2 whole dry red chillis, pinch of asafoetida
1. Add grated coconut to the yogurt and mix well by adding some salt and water .
2. Heat 1 tsp oil and add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and chillies and
when the cumin seed split add asafoetida and remove from fire.
3.Add to the yogurt mixture prepared above.
3. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
4. Serve with white rice.
