15 garlic flakes
8 dry red chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 medium sized onion
1 large tomato
juice of one small lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds.Let them splutter.
2.Add red chillis and fry for one minute.
3. Now add garlic flakes and fry well till brown.Add chopped onions and fry till light brown.
4.Next add chopped tomato and fry till oil separates. Cool.
5. Grind all the above ingredients coarsely with sugar, salt and lemon juice.
6. Store in refrigerator.
7. Serve with idli/dosa/vada/rice.
