Coriander chutney


l cup firmly packed coriander leaves
2 tbsp water
5 spring onions
3 fresh green chilies
l clove garlic, optional
l tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
l tsp curry powder
1 cup lemon juice


1.Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
2. Serve with rice cakes, Indian bread or rice.
