Raw Mango Chutney

Ingredients :
Pulp of raw mango 2 cups
Asafoetida a pinch
Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsps
Garlic cloves 4

Method :
Add a little water to mango pulp and garlic cloves. Grind to fine paste. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, Sugar, asafoetida and salt. Grind again and put in a cup
