Ingredients:
150g – sweet potato
150g – raw banana
50g – rawa
25g – jaggery
25g – tamarind pulp
A pinch of salt
Oil for cooking
Method
Peel, cut and boil the sweet potato and raw bananas
Mash them well
Add salt, tamarind pulp, grated jaggery
Make small balls and flatten them like tikki
Roll these tikki in rawa
Shallow fry
Enjoy with any chutney
