Seekh Kababs

Ingredients :
Mutton 500gm
Onions 55gm
Cardamoms 3
cloves 6
Ginger a small piece
Mustard seeds a pinch
Cumin a pinch
Coriander 5gm
Garlic 3flakes
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Fat 30gm

Method :
Wash and mince meat.
Grind together all the spices. Add meat, salt; grind well. Bind with beaten egg.
Divide mixture into even sized balls.
Grease skewers. Roll balls on to skewers.
Pour melted fat over and grill.
