Split black gram 250gm
Green chillies 20gm
Coriander 1 bunch
Oil for frying
Wash the rice, dry, then grind to powder.
Soak black gram in water for 1hour, then grind it to make a thick paste.
Mix rice powder with this paste. Add salt and ground cumin, chillies and coriander. Press small portions of this paste on a banana leaf in the palm of the hand and fry in oil till they float on the suface.
