3 cups a ragi flour
1 cup coconut- fresh and finely grated
Green chillies and Corriander Leaves/cilantro – finely chopped, for Spicy Taste
Salt to taste
I mixed all of the above ingredients with water in a bowl, thoroughly (like dosa/pancake) batter consistency.Take a nonstick pan (you can apply little oil – optional)poure ladleful/cup full of batter and spread it. cook the dosa on both sides till brown and crispy. Have with coconut/coriander or any spicy chutney.
