6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 cups white wine
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 medium head garlic, crushed
4 drops hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1 Combine the white wine, lemon juice, crushed garlic, tabasco, poultry seasoning and salt. Mix well.
2 Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour lemon/garlic mixture over chicken. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
