Chicken Chilli

Ingredients-

900 gm chicken cut into small pieces.
4-5 tbs oil.
2 tsp – crushed garlic.
1/1 2 tsp -crushed ginger.
3 medium onions finely chopped.
4-5 green chillies.
1 big tomato chopped.
2 tbs lemon juice,
2-3 tsp tomto puree.
2 tsp soya sauce.
2-3 tsp red chilli powder.
1/2 tsp-garam masala powder.
1/4 tsp – turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
Kadhi patta – 1 spring.

Method-
 
Heat oil and add green chillies,ginger,garlic and fry for 2 minutes. add onion and fry till half brown. Add kadhi patta,chicken,tomatoes and rest of the ingredients. Mix and cover the pot.Cook for 20 minutes on low flame till the chicken is cooked and tomatoes are very soft. Increase heat to dry excessive water if necessary. Garnish with the chopped spring onions
