Green Chicken Curry


1½ kgs chicken
2 onions sliced
2tsp ghee
2 pcs potato (if needed)

Roast with Ghee or Butter and  grind with little water

4 green chillies
2 bunch of coriander leaves
1 inch ginger pcs
3 pcs garlic
1 big onion sliced
8-10 black paper (seeds)
1tsp jeera seeds
1tsp coriander seeds
1tsp turmeric powder
1 small ball of Tamarind
1tsp cuscus (if available)


A non stick dish, pour 2tsp ghee and fry sliced onions till brown in colour, add cut chicken pcs and stir and keep covering for 10 min until chicken cooked and dark brown.  Then add ground masala with little water,  add salt and keep another 5 minutes. Tasty green chicken curry is ready.
