Half Kg Solmon or Surmai
small piece of ginger
4 spoon olive oil
2 gree chillies
Rosemarry leaves or mint leaves
pinch of salt
Clean the fish and slit from head to tail along side.
make slight marks on both sides;
Grind chillies/ginger/mint leaves dry;
add lemon juice and olive oil;
apply all over fish
cover fish with Aluminiam foil and keep it in Microoven, till it cook very well.
