50 clams with 1 shells
1/2 medium coconut
A pinch turmeric
1 tea spoon chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon tamarind water
Heat oil and fry onion till they are translucent.Now add the clams, cook for 2-3mins, you can add 2 small tomotos, if you do not have tamarind
Fry coconut for a min.then Grind chilli powder, turmeric, tamarind, coconut.
Add this to the clams mixture. Cook till clams are done. add salt and Serve hot.
