500g – prawns, shelled and deveined
2 tbsp – green chilly sauce
2 tbsp – soy sauce
1 tsp- vinegar
1 tsp – barbeque sauce (optional)
2 tsp – cornflour
2 – finely chopped onions
2 tsp – finely chopped garlic
3 – green chillies, split
2 tsp – black pepper powder
1-2 tsp – ginger garlic paste
In a bowl, marinate prawns along with green chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, barbeque sauce, black pepper powder, soy sauce and vinegar for about 30 mins.
In a wok heat oil, add split green chillies and garlic, let them splutter.
Add onions and fry till they turn pink.
Add marinade and cook until done.
Serve with pad thai noodles or steamed rice.
