Ingredients :
1 medium potato
1 large tomato, pureed
A few curry leaves
4 green chilies
1 cup water
5-6 bread slices
1½ tsp oil.
Salt to taste
A pinch of turmeric
Few coriander leaves for garnish
Method :

Spicy dosa

Ingredients:
1 cup – rice flour
1 cup – ragi flour
1 cup – aval(beaten rice)/poha
1 tsp – jeera/cumin
1 tsp – salt
2 – green chillies
Asafoetida, a pinch
1 cup – curd
2 tsp – chopped coriander
1 tsp – chopped mint leaves
3 tsp – shredded carrot
1 tbsp – shredded coconut (optional)

Moong dal dosa

Ingredients:
2 Cups moong dal
1 Cup urad dal
4 or 6 Green chilli
Salt to taste
1 tsp Grated ginger
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method :
Soak moong dal and urad dal for 2 hours in warm water.
Blend moong dal, urad dal, green chillies and ginger together with required water.
Add salt to taste.
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

Daal Daliya Idlis

Ingredients 
Daliya -broken wheat (ground into paste)   3.5 Tbsp
Channa Daal   2 tsp
Sour curd   100 gms
Coriander leaves   1 handfull
Sweet corn   2 tsp
green Peas   2 Tsp
Pepper   to taste
Cumin   to taste
Oil   3 tsp
Salt   To taste

Soft idlis

Ingredients:
4 cups (heaped) – raw long grain rice
1 cup (heaped) and 1/2 cup – split urud dhal
Salt to taste.
Method:
Pressure cook the rice without adding water in the rice for 5 minutes.
Allow the pressure to subside on its own.
Then add lukewarm water to the rice and soak it for 4 hours.
