Ingredients:
Boiled rice 1 kg
Jaggery ¼ kg or as per taste
Coconut-grated 1
Ghee 1½ cup
Cashewnuts
Raisins
Cardamom
Method:

Raw Rice, soaked – ½ kg
Boiled rice, soaked – ½ kg
Milk extracted – from ½ coconut
Scraped jaggery – ¼ kg
Cardamom powder
Salt one pinch
