Alsande Sukka (Chowli Beans)

Ingredients:

Alsande (Sango in Konkani).
1 Onion Sliced.
3 spoons of coconut oil.
3 green chillies.
1 small piece of Ginger.
Fresh Coconut (scraped).
Salt to taste.

Method:

Cut and wash the vegetables.

Add little water, coconut oil, sliced onion, green chillies, salt to taste and cook.

Add scraped fresh coconut.
