Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Though we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition, yet, the petitioner would be at liberty to interact with the child in the manner provided in the order passed by the Australian Court.
Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent nos.4 & 5 has submitted that she will instruct her clients not to create any impediment or obstruction on the day of conversation / interaction.
The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
