1. The   present   application   has   been   filed   by   the 

applicant­accused   under   Section   439   of   Criminal 

Procedure Code for grant of regular bail.

2. The   applicant-accused   is   charged   with   having 

committed   offences   under   Sections   498A,   306   and   114 

of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry 

Prohibition Act, for which, FIR being C.R. No I­26 of 

2017 has been registered with Savarkundla Town Police 

Station, District : Amreli.

3. Learned   advocate   Shri   Deep   D.   Vyas   for   the 

applicant   does   not   press   this   application   at   this 

stage,   without   prejudice   to   the   rights   and 

contentions,   as   the   charge  sheet  has   not   been   filed 

and   that   he   may   file   appropriate   application   before 

the lower court after the charge sheet is filed.

This   present   application   is   disposed   of   as   not 

pressed. Rule is discharged.
