Station Sadar, Sonipat.

It is submitted that the petitioner’s mother was granted the

concession of anticipatory bail and the petitioner’s father was afforded the

22.12.2016. He tried to strangulate her in order to kill her. The complainant fell

unconscious. When she regained consciousness, some passersby helped her.

The complainant called her home. Her younger brother and paternal uncle

came to the spot. The complainant was admitted in the Government Hospital,

Sonipat and thereafter to Cygnus Hospital, Factory Area, Sonipat for treatment.

There is a mention of four injuries on the person of the complainant including

Keeping in view the specific allegations against the petitioner, I do

not find any ground to afford the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
