Heard Mr. Hiranmoy Bhattacharyya, learned Advocate, appearing for the
petitioner and Mr. Sabyasachi Bhattacharjee, learned Advocate, appearing for the
opposite party.

The matter arose out of an order passed by the learned trial court in
disposing of the application under Section 36 of the Special Marriage Act
granting certain amount as maintenance pendente lite and some amount towards
litigation cost.

Taking note of the version and counter version and also the merit of the
hearing as advanced before this court, this court observes that before final
disposal of this revisional application, the parties should be directed to appear
before this court so that an attempt of reconciliation process may be undertaking
in the official Chamber of this court.

Accordingly, the further hearing is adjourned and the parties are directed
to appear in person on 7th July, 2017 at 4-00 p.m. so that the reconciliation
process may be undertaken within the rest part of judicial hours.

Let the matter do appear in the list as “personal appearance for
reconciliation” on that date at 4-00 p.m.
