Mr.Anoop Saxena, learned counsel for the appellant.
Mr.Ajay Shukla, learned Govt.Advocate for the State.
Heard on I.A.No.11146/2017, which is an application for
suspension of sentence and grant of bail on behalf of the appellant.

The appellant has been convicted for offences under sections
354 IPC and sentenced to RI for one year along with fine of
Rs.1000/-, under section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual
Offences act and sentenced to RI for three years and a fine of
Rs.1000/- and also under section 12 of the Protection of Children
from Sexual Offences Act and sentenced to RI for one year with
fine of Rs.1000/-.

Looking to the short sentence of three years, I am inclined to
allow I.A.No.11146/2017 and suspend the remaining part of the
sentence imposed upon the appellant and direct that the appellant
be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one surety in
the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The appellant
shall now appear before the Registry of this Court on 14.12.2017
and on such other dates as may be directed by the office.

Record of the Trial Court has been received. the appeal is
admitted for hearing in due course.
