Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the materials on record.

Petitioner has laid the instant bail application under Section

439 Cr.P.C. for releasing him on bail in connection with FIR

No.189/2017, registered at Police Station Nokha, District Bikaner.

Police after investigation has filed charge-sheet against

petitioner for offence punishable under Sections 498A and 306

IPC.

After examining the materials available on record, more

particularly, the statements of witnesses recorded during

investigation, while refraining to make any comment on merits of

the case, I feel persuaded to grant bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is

allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioner, Rajaram S/o

Shankarlal, arrested in connection with FIR No.189/2017, Police

Station Nokha, District Bikaner, may be released on bail; provided

he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two surety

bonds of like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court with

the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing

and as and when called upon to do so.
