Petitioner has laid this bail application under Section 439

Cr.P.C. arising out of FIR No.80/2017 of Police Station Chohtan,

District Barmer wherein she is charged for offence punishable

under Sections 498A 306 IPC.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the case diary.

Upon perusal of case diary, in the light of offences attributed

to the petitioner and taking into account the fact that petitioner is

a lady, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I feel

persuaded to grant indulgence to the petitioner by enlarging her

on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is

allowed and it is ordered that accused-petitioner Smt. Jhammu

Devi W/o Shri Hemaram, arrested in connection with F.I.R.

No.80/2017, Police Station Chohtan, District Barmer may be

released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of

Rs.50,000/- with two surety bonds of Rs.25,000/- each to the

satisfaction of learned trial Court with the stipulation to appear

before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called

upon to do so.
