Order
01/08/2017

This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is laid by

petitioners in connection with an FIR wherein they are charged for

offences punishable under Sections 498A and 306 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused first

information report as well as the order passed by Additional

Sessions Judge (Women Atrocities Cases), Bhilwara.

Upon examining the matter and taking into account the fact

that at the time of death deceased was living with her parents for

last almost two years, without expressing any opinion on merits

of the case, I deem it just and appropriate to grant indulgence to

the petitioners by enlarging them on bail.
