Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the

petitioner in FIR No. 220 dated 07.10.2016 registered under Sections 498A,

406, 304B, 34 IPC (Sections 302/34 IPC added subsequently) at Police

Station Badhra, District Bhiwani.

None appears on behalf of respondent No. 2 despite service.

It is submitted that the petitioners were found innocent during

investigation and they have been summoned on an application under Section

319 Cr.P.C. Pursuant to interim order dated 24.05.2017 passed by this

Court the petitioners, it is submitted, appeared before the learned trial Court

on 09.06.2017. They have been admitted to interim bail by the learned trial

Court. The petitioners, it is submitted, undertake to regularly appear before

the learned trial Court on each and every date fixed. It is, thus, prayed that

this petition be allowed.

Certified copy of the order dated 09.06.2017 filed in Court

today is taken on record subject to just exceptions.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances noted above but

without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, it is considered just

and expedient to allow this petition. Consequently, interim bail afforded to

the petitioners by the learned trial Court on 09.06.2017 is made absolute,

subject to the petitioners submitting fresh bail bonds and sureties to the

statisfaction of the learned trial Court.
