JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of First Information

Report No.31 dated 16.2.2017 registered under Sections 498A, 406, 323,

324 and 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code at Police

Station Chabbal, District Tarn Taran and all consequential proceedings

arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise arrived at between the

parties.

Vide order dated 7.3.2017, the parties were directed to

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that after the

statements of the parties with regard to the compromise were recorded,

the petitioners had again thrown out respondent No.2- complainant from

the matrimonial home.

Considering the conduct of the petitioners and the fact that

the compromise in the matter has collapsed, the Court is not inclined to

go into the statements of the parties made in terms of the order dated

7.3.2017. Since, the present petition was filed for quashing of First

Information Report in question on the basis of the compromise, which

has now collapsed, the present petition is dismissed.
