IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH

113 CR No.774 of 2016 (O M)
Date of decision :02.11.2017

Amit …Petitioner

Versus

Raj Rani …Respondent

CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL

Present: Mr. Sandeep Antehri, Advocate for
Mr. Ravinder Malik (Ravi), Advocate
for the petitioner.

Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Advocate
for the respondent.

ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (Oral)

Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that the

petition has become infructuous because the main petition under Section 13

of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been decided. This revision was

arising out of an order passed by the trial Court determining maintenance

pendente lite.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that certain arrears

are pending.

In the considered opinion of this Court, respondent would be at

liberty to move an application for the payment of arrears.

Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
