Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this

petition for quashing of FIR No. 11 dated 07.01.2016 under Sections 406,

498A, 120B IPC registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala

on merits, as the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and

CRM-M-34236 of 2017 filed for quashing of the aforementioned FIR on the

basis of settlement, has been allowed by this Court vide order of even date.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
