Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail

to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 12.03.2016 under Section

420 IPC and Section 406 IPC (added later on) registered at Police

Station Civil Lines, District Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the matter

has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner has filed

separate petition seeking quashing of the present FIR on the basis of

the said compromise. He further submits the petitioner has joined the

investigation and nothing is required to be recovered from the

petitioner.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

considering the fact that the matter has been compromised between

the parties, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated

28.08.2017 is made absolute.
