ORAL JUDGMENT

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned
counsel representing the informant-Opposite Party No. 2 and
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is seeking quashing of the order
dated 23.05.2014 passed in Mahila P.S. Case No. 09/2014 for
the offences under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code
and ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act pending in the court of
learned S.D.J.M., Munger.
As the allegations made against the petitioner have
been found true in course of investigation and a charge-sheet
has been submitted against him, the learned Magistrate has
taken cognizance and issued summons against the petitioner.
There is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.
This application has no merit, it is dismissed.
