ORDER

Though the matter is heard for quite sometime, but

the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the petition with

a liberty to move to the concerned learned Sessions

Judge after major part of investigation is complete.

The said submission is placed on record.

In view of the said submission, petition is disposed

of with a liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for

the petitioner.
