ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a

memo for retirement for the petitioner. The petitioner is

personally present before this Court. He submits that

he has taken the file from the counsel. Hence memo of

retirement is accepted. Petitioner’s counsel is permitted

to retire from the case for petitioner. Petitioner who is

personally present, identified by the counsel has filed a

memo for withdrawal of the petition because he has

already filed another petition before this Court. Hence

the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
