This is a petition that has been filed for cancellation of

anticipatory bail of respondent No. 2 granted by learned Addl. Sessions

Judge, Hoshiarpur in case FIR No.117 dated 27.08.2016 under Section

498A of the IPC, registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the

matter has been rendered infructuous on account of the fact that the charges

have been framed in the case as far back on 10.11.2016 and evidence has

been led.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
