The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Case

No. 129 of 2017 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court,

Bhagalpur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is living at her parental home and

there is no male member to accompany her to Bhagalpur to contest the said

matrimonial case. Her father is an aged person. The petitioner is

unemployed and has no independent source of income. She filed

Maintenance Case No. 85M of 2017 as well as Complaint Case No. 773(c) of

2017 under Section 498A IPC and 3/4 of the D.P. Act, both of which are

pending at Begusarai.

3. Despite valid service of notice, the opposite party has not entered

appearance nor has he been represented in the Court when the matter is

called today.

4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner and in the interest of
Patna High Court MJC No.2178 of 2017 dt.17-11-2017 2

justice, let Matrimonial Case No. 129 of 2017 be transferred from the Court of

learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur to the Court of learned

Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai.

5. The petition stands allowed.
