This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by

the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with F.I.R.

No.157/2017 registered at Police Station Chiksana for the offences

under Sections 143, 323, 341, 452, 354, 427, 147, 336 IPC.

Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that

case of the petitioners is identical to Tej Singh, Gaurav and

Hemant, who have already been extended benefit of anticipatory

bail by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2017 passed in S. B.

Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15854/2017. In fact, with

regard to same incident cross cases were registered between the

parties. Allegation of offence under Section 354 IPC has been

falsely made against the petitioners and all other offences under

Sections 143, 323, 341, 452, 427, 147, 336 IPC are bailable.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application but

could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

On hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, learned

Public prosecutor and taking into consideration the material on

record, this Court is persuaded to grant indulgence of bail under

Section 438 Cr.P.C. to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is

directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners namely (1)

Kamal Singh son of Vibhichand; (2) Gambhir son of Vibhichand

and (3) Omveer son of Tej Singh in connection with F.I.R.

No.157/2017 registered at Police Station Chiksana, the petitioners

shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a

personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties

of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned

Investigating Officer/S.H.O. on the following conditions :-

(i). that the petitioners shall make themselves available for
interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii). that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any
inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with
the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing
such facts to the court or any police officer; and

(iii). that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous

permission of the court.
