Prayer in this petition is for quashing of order dated

26.02.2015, whereby the petitioners have been declared to be proclaimed

persons in FIR No. 122 dated 07.10.2010 under Sections 406, 498A IPC

registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

Pursuant to order dated 29.08.2017, the petitioners were

admitted to interim bail. It is noticed that the abovesaid FIR alongwith all

consequential proceedings including the impugned order dated 26.02.2015

has been quashed vide order of even date in Criminal Misc. No.M- 34209

of 2017. Present petition is, thus, rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
