Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No. 166 dated

20.07.2015 under Sections 498A, 406, 34 IPC registered at Police Station

Julana, District Jind alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has

been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has since died.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 affirms and verifies the

factum of death of the petitioner.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendred

infructuous.
