I.A. No.4631/2017(in F.A. No.502/2014) has been filed for
appropriate order.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that as
per order dated 20/01/2015, a sum of Rs.10,10,000/- has been
deposited for the period from September 2014 to April 2017
and, thereafter, Rs.2,40,000/- for the period till December, 2017
and, therefore, at present there is no outstanding arrears in
respect of maintenance pendente lite.

Learned counsel for the respondent prays for and is
granted three weeks time to file an affidavit and point out to
this court whether the order has been complied with or not.
